December 2020 at 7.15pm. This meeting will be held under regulations made in the Coronavirus Act 2020

Members should consider whether they should partake in any discussion or
vote on matters on the agenda unless they have a dispensation.

84. To accept and confirm minutes of the last Full Council meeting on Tuesday 13th October 2020 inc

85. Clerk’s update on outstanding issues from last meeting.

86. To receive reports from District and County Councillors

87. Update from Stonnall Youth & Community Centre Working Group.

Feedback from all virtual meetings and consider recommendations as follows:
1) Challenge to the village consultation.
RECOMMENDATION: A further consultation of Stonnall residents with clear update on decisions to date & direction proposed.

2) Request to consider holding off on the ratification of Council’s decision to reject the Staffs County Council offer of sale & the investigation of the Stonnall Village Hall.
RECOMMENDATION: To decline this request as Council will only be investigating not decision making.

3) Agree that the consultation should be conducted with input from interested Stonnall residents.
RECOMMENDATION. Agreed -that participation in the consultation was welcome but that Council would lead.
4) Request for Stonnall residents to be part of the Working Group. RECOMMENDATION: Agreed- increase the Working Party to ten with a request for nominations to join to be advertised as part of the next stage of consultation.

88. Finance:

• Current financial position & transactions for approval.
• Consider recommendations from Finance, Legal, Health & Safety Committee Meeting Nov 4th:
RECOMMENDATION: To replace those bins across the Parish identified as needing replacement/beyond repair. This quote is approx. £5,000 dependent on type.
• Current financial against forecast.
• Consider Precept 2021/22

89. Planning.
Approve planning applications received in last month and update on any objections/ developments.
Consider recommendations from Neighbourhood Planning & Property Committee Meeting Oct 27th:
• RECOMMENDATION: Having identified 13 dangerous trees on the Lammas Land it is recommended that they
receive immediate attention
• Consider emergency work to tree in St Johns churchyard approx. £700.00 – in danger of significant branch
failure.

90. Doctors Lane re-surfacing. Update on quotes to date.

91. Greysbrooke School –

a) request for grant funding to support the Accelerated Reader Scheme Phase 2. l meetings b) request for Covid 19 grant funding towards refurbishment of the IT room. IT Room being used to replace the teaching room which is now Covid isolation room.

92. Consider upgrade of office photocopier.

93. Councillor vacancy. Review applications & set date for interviews.

94. Communications:
