Approved minutes of Finance, Legal, Health & Safety Committee on Tuesday 1st October at 5.00pm at Shenstone Parish Office
1 Register of Members in attendance.

5 To accept and confirm minutes of the last Finance, Health & Safety Committee meeting on 18th April 2024.

6 Finance.
Current financial position as of 1st October 2024.
The Clerk shared all transactions up to 1st October highlighting two for Calder Tree Services & one to Matthew Ogiorumua have been paid for by Parish but needs to be reimbursed from the Shenstone Playing Fields. All three are for services at the Playing Field.
The Clerk also pointed out that her expenses for September are higher than usual as they include £155.88 Zoom subscription, a £146.50 planning fee & £72.97 weed killer purchase.
Nat West Current £904.65 Nat West Business Reserve £34,509.16
Nat West Liquidity Account ring fenced funds for ear marked projects £102,492.58 & Unity Account £110,580.31 which includes £10,000 Groundwork grant fund for Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan.
7 CIL grant funding.
As discussed at the April Finance meeting the subject of CIL income needs to be addressed. It was agreed that the Clerk would work out what CIL funding has been received over the last few years, where it is related to & what it has been used for. This will go forward for the next Full Council.
