  5. Approve minutes of last FLH&S meeting Tuesday October 29th 2019
  6. Finance – current financial position.
  7. Transactions for approval
  8. Consider ex gratia payment to Nicholas Bagley for work on accountancy package. Circa £1000.00
  9. Consider and make recommendations to Full Council on Community Grant applications received.

–  Consider purchase of gravel board fencing for St Peters Close (refundable from SCC Flood grants)

–  Approve change of energy supplier from E.on to SSE £68.00 p.a saving

–  Consider Clerk’s request to decorate hall & toilet of Parish Office.
