118 Clerk’s update on outstanding items from last meeting:

Due to the changeover of the Clerk this will be confirmed at the meeting.

Current financial position as of Wednesday 31st Dec 2025.

Unity Account £11,698.32. Nat West Current Account

£905.40. Nat West Business Reserve £38,851.81. Nat West Liquidity Account Ring Fenced funds for ear marked projects £85,522.04.

  • Transactions for approval.

  • Consideration of current financial position against budget and forecast.

RECOMMENDATION: Fully approved for proposed resolution at Council.

  • Confirmation of Precept recommendation 2026/27

RECOMMENDATION: Gross Precept increase of 18.40% to £251,000 as approved at December 2025 meeting to be noted the Chair to sign the Parish Precept Analysis for submission to LDC by 22nd January 2026

121 Planning.

Approve planning applications received in last month and update on any objections/ developments.

Next meeting of the Neighbourhood, Planning & Property Committee Meeting: Tues Jan 27th, 2026, at 5.30pm Parish Office.

123 Banking:

RECOMMENDATION: to add the new Clerk Odette Ghent to banking mandates and online banking for all bank accounts.

124 Quotations: – to consider the purchase/quote for a laptop for the Parish Clerk

Under the public Bodies (Admission to meetings) Act 1960, a resolution has been made for the public and press to be excluded from the meeting at this point during consideration of the following items 125/126

125 Employment Matters:

RECOMMENDTION: Admission of Parish Clerk to the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) Staffordshire Pension fund

126 Shenstone Playing Fields Management Committee – to consider the request for additional financial support in completing their new Trust Constitution
