We are proposing to undertake an additional survey regarding our proposals to operate from Shenstone over 3 days instead of the current 5 days. This is in response to patient feedback they would like to provide more information of their views.

Information About the Proposal
Shenstone Branch offers services to around 2300 patients registered at the Westgate Practice, living in Shenstone, but is available for all patients registered with us. The Practice looks after around 31,200 patients.
We need to balance services fairly and safely across both locations at Greenhill and Shenstone so we can meet overall demand.

On 24 February 2026 The Parish Council were advised by the practice manager that our request for them to extend the survey after their proposed closure date was declined and they confirm the closure date of the survey is 26th February 2026.
